This project was Phase 3 of the Appalachian State University Anne Belk Hall renovation.
This LEED Certified renovation of an existing educational facility proved to be a challenge. The Anne Belk Hall was an occupied space, and many of the renovations were intensive. But with careful planning from our team, we were able to install new fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC and electrical systems. Edison Foard also renovated the interior of the space and added new drywall, tile, ACT, carpet, paint, and more resilient floors.
Edison Foard was proud to be a part of making Appalachian State University’s living areas safer and more energy efficient.
