South Piedmont Community College OCH Renovations

Edison Foard expertly managed the renovation of two buildings at South Piedmont Community College, encompassing 85,000 square feet and 42,400 square feet. This multi-phase project required meticulous planning to balance construction progress with ongoing operations. The project began with the partial demolition of an 85,000-square-foot building while maintaining occupancy on one side. The first phase involved the demolition and remodeling of two-thirds of the building. Once this portion was completed, occupants were relocated to the newly renovated space, allowing for the demolition and remodeling of the final third.

By executing a phased construction strategy, Edison Foard delivered a seamlessly updated, functional space without compromising daily operations. This project highlights our commitment to innovative solutions, precision, and client-focused results.
