SPCC Tyson Family Technology

We were honored to work on this project for the Tyson Family Center for Technology. The Tyson Family Technical Center renovation was an upfit to an occupied 40,000 SF building, including 1,800 SF Mezzanine.

This project involved several moving parts, including the addition of two gang bathrooms, three stair towers, a new entryway, and several classroom upgrades. The work also included site paving with sidewalks, new water service, and BFPs. Additionally, the 6,500 SF of existing ballasted roof was redone with single ply and mechanically attached wood.

Edison Foard hopes these renovations serve the student body, faculty, and staff at the Tyson Family Center for Technology for years to come.
